Provides assistance to residents and team members facing unexpected hardships through qualifying events.
Hug-A-Home
Helps residents with home repairs and improvements through vendor and volunteer support.

YES operates with paperless systems across departments to cut down on waste.

That gives employees a way to donate time or volunteer in their communities.

Scholarship Program

Empowering students by investing in brighter futures.

Education changes lives. YES Communities’ Building Futures Program awards 15 individual $5,000 annual scholarships to residents, their children, and YES team members pursuing higher education.

Qualifications:

YES Resident with at least one year of continuous residency, or YES Resident’s child who lives in the same household.
Enrolled or accepted at an accredited U.S. post-secondary institution, a technical college or a trade school.
